Corné Gabriëls is an artist known for his innovative approach to art and design, graduated from the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam. His work has been showcased at venues like Buro Stedelijk, Centraal Museum Utrecht, Amsterdam Museum, De Appel and internationally in Paris, London, New York and Rome.

Featured in media like The New York Times, Vogue, Trouw and Volkskrant, Gabriëls has also been nominated for prestigious awards Prix de Rome, Nouvelle Image and Festival International de Mode Hyères.

He designed costumes for film noir legend Jeanne Moreau and contributed to leading Dutch dance company Introdans, Dutch Fashion Awards and art-directed a videoclip with filmmaker Theo van Gogh.

Notably, he was one of the first artists in the Netherlands to launch a webshop in the early 2000s, making art and design more accessible.

Gabriëls' work brings the obvious into a fresh perspective, transforming the familiar into poetic and conceptual expressions.
